    Brief introduction of wave soldering machine with touch screen
    The touch screen controlled wave soldering machine is an automated device for soldering printed circuit board PCB through-hole components using a"Wave" of molten solder. Its intelligent touch screen control system greatly improves the operation convenience and process accuracy, which is suitable for consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial control and other fields.

    Full-color high-definition touch screen interface, support, one-button operation, real-time monitoring of temperature, speed, wave height and other parameters. Multi-group welding formulas can be stored, different product processes can be quickly switched, and debugging time can be reduced.


    2. High Precision Temperature Control System
    Independent Temperature Control (preheating zone, welding zone, cooling zone) , temperature difference control accuracy of ± 1 °C, avoid thermal shock damage components.


    3. Adaptive Crest Technique
    Double wave crest design (spoiler wave + advection wave) , suitable for different component types (such as through hole, SMD Mixed Board) .

    Wave height, width, flow rate adjustable, suitable for high-density PCB or large pad soldering needs.

    The use of frequency conversion drive technology, reduce energy consumption by more than 30% .

    How it works
    1. The warm-up phase
    PCB passes through the preheat zone (80-150 °C) , removing substrate moisture and activating flux to avoid air bubbles during soldering.

    2. Welding stage
    Molten solder (usually tin-lead or lead-free alloy at 250-260 °C-RRB- forms a steady crest through the nozzle, the bottom of PCB PCB is in contact with the crest, and the solder fills the vias and wets the pins.

    3. Cooling phase
    Forced air cooling or natural cooling solidification solder joints, complete the welding process.

    4. Touch screen control core
    Through the sensor real-time data acquisition, touch screen dynamic adjustment parameters (such as conveyor belt speed, wave shape) , to ensure the consistency of the process.
