Product description
1. Embedded Industrial Control Computer, high-definition
touch-screen human-machine interface, heating temperature, time,
slope, cooling, vacuum are all set on the human-machine interface,
real-time display settings and measured temperature curve, and has
the instantaneous curve analysis function, carries on the analysis
correction to the curve in real time;
2. There are three temperature zones which can be heated
independently, and each zone can be set up with 8-stage temperature
control. The three temperature zones adopt independent PID
algorithm to control the heating process. Large preheating
temperature zone, PCB preheating equilibrium deformation;
3. It can store 9999 sets of temperature curves and call them
according to different BGA at any time. It can also analyze, set
and modify the curves on the touch screen, to facilitate domestic
and foreign customers barrier-free use;
4. High-precision K-type thermocouple closed-loop control and
temperature automatic compensation system can achieve accurate
temperature control and keep temperature deviation at ± 2 degrees.
At the same time, the external temperature measuring interface
realizes the precise detection of temperature, and the accurate
analysis and calibration of the measured temperature curve;
5. The positioning of PCB board adopts v-shaped slot, flexible and
convenient movable universal fixture can protect PCB board, prevent
PCB edge damage and PCB deformation, and satisfy the positioning of
different size PCB board
6. With double password protection, to prevent the program and
parameters are arbitrarily modified or accidentally deleted, with
superior security protection functions;
7. Equipped with a variety of alloy nozzle, the nozzle can be 360
degrees arbitrary rotation positioning, easy to install and
replace;
8. After the upper and lower hot air stop heating, the cooling
system starts automatically, and the high-power cross-flow fan
cools the PCB board quickly to prevent the PCB board from being

equipment;

screen time;
11. Configure voice-activated"Early warning" function. 5-10 seconds
before the completion of the dismantling and welding to alert the
workers to prepare by voice control; 12. After CE certification,
equipped with emergency switch and emergency automatic power-off
protection device, in the case of temperature out of control, the
circuit can automatically power-off.
