The blades of group A first cut 40% of the circuit board, and then the blades of group B run over the groove cut by blade A again, completing 40% of the cutting volume again, and finally the blades of group C cut the final 20% of the cutting and smoothing, because the amount of cutting each time is small, the stress generated during the cutting process is reduced by more than 80% compared with the traditional one-time cutting method. The edge of the divided circuit board is smooth and smooth, and the surface of the board is very smooth, not twisted or warped.
